SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Location All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
European Union
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
International Shipping (Outside EU)
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote areas may not be available for delivery. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
